Children tuxedo
Formalwear has taken on a whole new clientele by offering suits for toddlers. Therefore, your children don't have to play "dress-up" anymore, especially when your little boy is donning a tuxedo and tails and matching tie for a formal party you're attending.
It gives you pause to wonder about the various dress suits for toddlers that are being offered for sale. Tuxedos seemingly have a big following because they are made of 100% polyester and naturally resist wrinkling. You can choose from a number of types of formal wear depending on the party or event you're attending.
Pant Sets
For instance, you might want to select a formal pant set for your little boy if the party is not an occasion where it's insisted that one wear a black tie. This type of formal wear consists of a vest with trousers and a long-sleeve white classic shirt with a laydown collar and a clip-on poly satin tie or bow tie. The formal trouser is finished at the bottom and, like the vest, is made of 100% polyester so it won't wrinkle. The leather belt for the pant set comes in either brown or black.
Short Sets
If you've been included on the invitation to attend a formal summer party, then a tuxedo with shorts is stylish as well as more comfortable for your little boy. As with the formal pant set, the tuxedo is made of 100% polyester. The two-button jacket is fully lined with satin and the shorts, like the jacket, are made of 100% polyester too. Pants have an elastic waist for added comfort. Shorts are either finished at the bottom or can come at cuff so they can be hemmed. A white long tuxedo shirt with a wingtip collar gives the suit a look of importance.
Affordability
With the above choices, formal suits for toddlers are not only well-made, high quality clothes they are also affordable should you shop online. Many tuxedos run around $40 on average so you won't break the bank by including your toddler in the special party or event that you're attending.
Tuxedos for toddlers come in many types of tuxedo styles for the discriminating shoppers as well. They come with one to three front buttons and either notch or shawl lapels. The notch lapel is the most popular lapel as it is featured pretty regularly on most tuxedos. The shawl lapel is normally constructed on "dinner jacket" type tuxedos. Tuxedos are regularly manufactured in the colors of ivory, white and black.
Stylish Options
You can be confident in knowing that most tuxedos for children have a custom made fit. You won't have to spend an excessive amount to dress your children to keep them in vogue with the styles of today's formalwear.
Putting the whole Look Together
Adding a tuxedo shirt emphasizes the style factor even further. Choose from tuxedo shirts in black, burgundy, rust, red or blue as well as black and white. The front of the shirt comes plain or pleated with a wing tip, banded or laydown collar sewn in. Add a tuxedo tie and your little boy will be set to escort you to your grand event or party with a little bit of "savoir-faire" tagging behind for good measure. ( By Molly Daniels )
Tuxedo style
When it comes to donning a tuxedo, getting the perfect fit - whether for a special corporate event or your own wedding - can be a breeze, with some tips in mind.
The first thing to do is to check out the wide range of options (one of which will be best for your body type), and which suits your particular style, not to mention the affair you need to attend. Are you the sophisticated type who revels in luxury cars, loves looking dapper, and will pay for quality togs? Or are you the finicky but not-that-extravagant type who will follow the prescribed dress code for an event? Or perhaps you're not comfortable with high fashion, but want classic quality threads, in which case a traditional tuxedo may suit you fine. Comfort is key for men looking for formal apparel like a tuxedo. A quality brand of tux usually offers a good fit, even if you purchase it from an online merchant (which is recommended only for those who have sorted out a reputable seller, preferably one recommended by a family or friend) or from an experienced store where you can get fitted properly. Your safest bet is to war one that's made to measure. To get the perfect tuxedo fit, you'll have to go through an entire process that involves setting aside tome.
There's a tuxedo style suited for tall & lean men, and the best option for those with a shorter, heavier build who need to accentuate height). A tuxedo with thread count higher than the regular 70 to 80 is lighter, drapes & holds up nicely throughout the day.
To ensure that your tux is true to your body type & personality, discuss things with your designer. Compared to a tailor, who tends to rely on formulaic patterns, a designer is more updated with suit trends. Mention what you like to wear and your dominant personality. Be clear also on how and when the tuxedo will be worn.
The designer will then take your measurements. It may be good to bring the shoes you plan to wear with your tux. That way, proper trouser length can be ascertained. As for the jacket's fit, the general rule is that a slimmer cut is more flattering. Don't wear baggy or loose shirt and pants. An extra fitting may be necessary to factor in possible weight changes or last-minute alterations to the fit. Some guys request that the first fitting be mad while the suit's half-finished, so that there will be no major work and doubling of charges.
A good tailor or designer would know that the three measurements that provide the best guidelines for an accurate fit are the over-arm, chest (the chest portion of the tux should be roomy enough so as not to restrict movement), and the seat (around the hips and buttocks). In certain cases, like if the difference between the coat size and waist size is seven inches or more, a made-to-measure tuxedo is certainly a better choice than a ready-made tuxedo.
For certain occasions, like an occasional formal party, opting for a ready-made designer tux in lieu of a generic or private label may entail big bucks, but stylists say they're worth the investment. ( By Harry A Lee )
Wedding tuxedos
The wedding day is one of the most memorable and very important events in anyone's life. During such a grand occasion, the couple should be in their best attire. The brides should wear elegant wedding gowns while the grooms must wear formal attire such as a suit or tuxedo.
Since women are more fashion-conscious than men, they usually have more ideas on what to wear on the wedding day. Though there are various types of suits or tuxedos, men find it hard to find the right attire for the wedding. If you are among those men wondering how to pick a wedding Tuxedo, the following tips are for you.
Step 1- Set a time for choosing the best wedding tux.
Avoid rushing when looking for a wedding tux. Set enough time to look for it to avoid getting the wrong one. Another advantage of having enough time to look for the wedding attire is the fact that you can have more time for other details of the wedding.
Step 2- Know your budget.
You should know your allotted budget for your wedding tuxedo. If you have limited amount of cash, go for something practical. However, saving does not mean compromising the quality of your wedding tuxedo. So, check for any sign of poor quality and don't get the item with damage. But if you have enough money, you can buy anything you like, as long as it is appropriate for the occasion.
Step 3- Decide whether to buy or rent the tux.
If you are on a tight budget, renting is a better choice, especially if you are not going to use the tux again. Don't forget to fit the Tuxedo before renting it to avoid getting an item with the wrong size. Remember, it's your wedding day. Don't let a wrong-sized tuxedo ruin your moment. If you have enough money or want to use the tuxedo for other special occasion, buy a new one. Check the quality of the garment before renting or buying it.
Step 4- Choose the style and color of your tuxedo.
Make sure the color and style of your tuxedo matches with the dress of your bride. So, before purchasing or renting a tux, don't forget to know the design and color of the bride's wedding gown. Some brides help men look for their wedding tux. If your future wife offers, accept it to make sure your clothing compliments with each other's attire. ( By Carl R. Ellison )

A wedding can be quite a daunting task with all the planning, endless phone calls, post-it notes, overwhelming parade of color swatches, and Advil. It can be awfully difficult to find all the answers to the questions and so to relieve you here is some help. Being in the tuxedo industry for many years, here is a simple step by step on how to go about in making a tuxedo rental much simpler.
The fist step is to make an appointment for a style and color matching combination. Make sure that you know the color that you desire and make sure that you have all the information ready like all the people's names, positions and what they will be wearing. Then get them to come to the store to be measured and all fittings should be completed by the date set by the tuxedo store.
If you are planning for a wedding during the peak season make that you have placed your orders as soon as possible for the number of orders for the tuxedo rental is quite overwhelming. Follow up on the people to attend the wedding confirming on those who have paid and pushing those who haven't.
It's always better to stay safe than to have last minute rush to the tuxedo stores. You can call well in advance to make sure everything is in place. Once everything is ordered and confirmed you can breathe easy and wait for the big day. ( By Lewis Dylan )
Fashion tuxedo
( By Tracy McLaughlin )
A couple of times a year a man and/or a woman generally go to a formal event and needs to wear a tuxedo. There are many choices of Tuxedos and the question that is typically asked when visiting a store that sells tuxedos is should I wear a white tuxedo or a black tuxedo? There are some things to consider when making this choice:
• What type of event am I going to?
• Is there a color theme for the event?
• Do I look better in black or white?
• Is there a price difference in choosing a white one over a black one?
• What time of year is it?
• Will I buy a Hugo Boss Tuxedo?
• Does it need to be a double breasted tuxedo?
When I hear the term black tie event, what comes to mind for me is a handsome man, wearing a black tuxedo with matching bow tie stepping out of a limousine and heading to his event. This picture is very clear in my mind.
After seeing movies such as an Officer and a Gentleman seeing men wear white suits and white tuxedos also come to mind. The color white exudes elegance, clean lines, and also a special evening. If you are at an event and you spill a glass of white wine on your black tuxedo it would not be as noticeable as if you are wearing the color white. White tuxedos look great but can be very difficult to keep clean.
When I think of the Caribbean and a summer formal events I think of white tuxedos as they would be cooler. My brother got married in St. Thomas and looked oh so handsome as as he said his lifelong vows to his wife. Another brother also wore a ivory tuxedo on his wedding day and looked equally as handsome.
My advice is to try both of them on before making your choice. Bring someone whose judgment you trust with you and they will let you know what looks best on you. Your skin tone will also play a part in how black or white look on you.

What to Wear - Men's Fall 08 Style GuideSaying one's adieu to the summer season is a bittersweet affair. With the withering of leaves comes the layering of clothes, but fortunately for us, this fall season's top trends defy the droll bleakness that can sometimes accompany the fall and winter seasons with sleek and trim fits, vivid colors, and the revitalization of spruced up golden-oldies. Luckily, you don't have to go and start throwing out your tucked away winter clothes. This season's trends are accents and are here to help men do something they're not given many opportunities to do: accessorize. There's nothing like a good suit, of course, but why must it end there? Is it hard to straddle the lines between classic masculinity and a little menswear showmanship? This fall get ready to have a little fun with your wardrobe without feeling like you're taking a risk.
Trend # 1: SUSPENDERS
Grandpas and newsies - that's the extent of the suspenders' prior versatility. This fall, try
pairing your suspenders with a nice white poplin collar shirt (poplins are great because they're durable and hard to wrinkle, which can help when suspenders are pressing up against your shirt all day), a tie, and a pair of slim-cut flannel or tweed pants and you're set to go to the office. Or if you feel like taking them out for a try out on the town, skip the buttons and the knots and try them on a fitted pair of slacks and a slim-cut hoodie, as seen in Emporio Armani's fall menswear collection. Don't shy away from adding a bit of color either. Suspenders in lavish fire engine red were seen in Adam Kimmel's line and even in braided leather on army fatigue pants in the DSquared2 collection.
Trend # 2: VIBRANT PANTS
Earth tones, black and white: signature colors for the season that have been around since
time immemorial. Shirts, pants and coats in any combination of these colors can be found
in any man's closet (as well they should - a classic never dies), but there is room for flexibility. Mustard, cerulean, moss, violet, cadmium - they're all showing up, no - not just in dress shirts, but in men's pants. Ralph Lauren and Paul Smith both explored a fun mongrelization of every man's favorite hybrid, the "business-casual" look by going maybe one step further. Blazers, collared shirts and ties paired with very form-fitting, vibrant colored pants added a most welcome pizzazz to a golden oldie. If you're leaning more towards the right side of that spectrum, make sure to style those colors with a more loose-fitted pant and try them with some lace-up boots (more on this particular article a little bit later) and a knitted jacket for a fun, sporty, ski-gear look.
Trend # 3: BOW TIES
Now, this we didn't really see coming, but boy it works! The bowtie is a welcome respite for those bound to the 9 to 5 necktie day in and day out. Finally the bowtie is now extricable from the tuxedo รก la Golden-Age of Hollywood. This fall, the use of the bowtie rids itself of the suit jacket altogether and finds a home in a more casual setting. Wear your tie with a cardigan over a buttoned-up collared shirts and tapered pants. Make sure to add a print or design in there, either above or below for a more faceted execution. Tartans/plaids and bowties have become this season's perfect odd-couple. Finish off your look with a sleek pair of dress shoes. If you're dead-set on wearing sneakers, a pair of John Varvatos Converse shoes should pull the look together perfectly.
Trend # 4: LACE-UP BOOTS
Lace-up boots stomped their way down many catwalks for this fall's runway collections. It seems there was an immediate understanding amongst designers that lace-up boots were in, but boot-cut pants were out! Whether the boots come halfway up your calf or just above your ankle, make sure of one thing: show those laces. Feel free to roll those jeans up to expose the sleekness and overt butchness of the boot and pair it with a hefty, lined parka or duster. Or, take a more sophisticated route, with the most fatalistic aplomb by Neil Barrett in his spy-game "Tuxedo Ski" collection, where the tuxedo stayed intact and the perfectly fitted pant hid behind the boot. Sans the overly formal jacket, heed Mr. Barrett's advice and replace it with a shiny, rained-slicked motorcycle jacket. The look is to die for. And if those picture-perfect Salvatore Ferragamo's are too far out of your reach, check out Kenneth Cole's "Moonrise" boot in either brown or black. They have an astronaut-skater sneaker look at the bottom and end at the shin in an almost Doc Martin styled combat boot, lined in fleece fabric.
Trend # 5: DARK DENIM
Now that the intensely hot summer sun has begun to dissipate a bit, it is safe once again to wear dark denim. There was hardly a piece of Donna Karan's DKNY collection that didn't come down the runway in dark denim jeans. Charcoal grays and opaque, onyx blacks give a certain sense of sophistication when combined with a blazer, dress shirt and tie. It provides a certain sleekness without looking uncomfortable and compartmentalized in an overly formal pair of work slacks. But to offset the dramatic effect of these dark hues, make sure to offset your outfit with at least one colorful article, be it a scarf, vest, or even a belt.
Trend # 6: SHEARLING
Simple nylons and polyesters are not going to cut it this fall and winter season. Instead, start looking for coats, bomber jackets, even boots, lined with shearling. Shearling is a beautifully uniformed lambskin pelt that is highly durable and very comfortable to wear during the fall and winter seasons that helps to keep you warm from the oppressive snow and even helps to keep away moisture during the rainy spring season. Because it is a lambskin pelt that has only been sheared once, the look and feel of shearling is smooth, uninterrupted. It's a very graceful texture; and yet, highly versatile. If you're looking for a signature shearling piece this season, check out Zegna's stunning bomber jackets, especially the baby calf patina shearling lined bomber, which was seen worn over a pure wool workers suit and tucked under shearling lined boots. The high-definition Red Baron apparel was a true showstopper. The look was very stylistic, but with just the perfect touch of demure. So gents, whether its a Dr. Zhivago hat, a long duster coat, or shearling-lined boots, one thing is for sure: this season, staying warm in shearling goes well with anything!
Trend # 7: TUXEDO SHIRTS
Dash it all into the fray seems to be the season's dominant fashion protocol. The displacement of the suspender, the bowtie and the tuxedo shirt from strictly formal to casual-sportswear continues to blur the restriction lines of men's apparel. Viktor & Rolf offers a classic, yet beautiful take on the tuxedo shirt. The fashion line pairs the crisp, vibrant white shirt with a nicely tailored heather-gray pair of slacks, but offset by a camel and bone striped belt. This fall, the tux shirt transcends its old dowdiness and steps into an almost hipster-sphere of style. But of course, in keeping with fall's knockout combo of mixing genres and infusing color, don't feel that white is the only way to go. Dolce & Gabbana and Salvatore Ferragamo deviate from the menswear rulebook and garner their respective tuxedo shirts in thick and bold gray stripes and in a metallic midnight blue. Remember to not feel bound to combining the tuxedo shirt with tuxedo pants. Black skinny jeans or slacks provide the perfect balance of not too formal and not too sporty. Add a fitted jacket and maybe even a beanie to the mix and you've got a Telluride James Bond look working for you.
Trend # 8: COATS AND JACKETS
In Milan, Berlin, Los Angeles and New York, the exuberant coats and jackets that went down the runways were highlighting points of focus. Coats took center stage, muting the energy of its accompanying pieces - keeping the collections feeling animated and not bombastic. Imbued in golds, purples, and camel-suedes, Wall Street's sense of style will grow a bit of muscle this fall. And with bomber jackets lined in fleece, officer coats rejuvenated with epaulets and asymmetrical tailoring, the season's added bits of flair to the coats, draped over the a work shirt and pants will show a man who is confident in both his sense of style and his masculinity.
Trend # 9: MESSENGER BAGS
Leave the suitcase at home for a change and add a bit of youth to the office commute with a canvas or leather tote messenger bag. The suitcase has become arcane; the messenger bag has started to usurp it of its staple stature. Prada bags have always been popular, and naturally, they show a dual taste and refinement. For men, the popularity of Jack Spade's messenger bags have grown exponentially in the past two years. They're compact, tailored beautifully and come in wonderful plush colors. If you're looking for something a bit special, check out Highway bags, located in Nolita in New York City. The leather and nylon bags of Highway have original textures, creative colors and great functionality, and compared to the other two highly marketed brands, these are quite affordable for their aesthetics and uniqueness.
Trend # 10: TARTANS & PLAIDS
Plaids and tartans are the most ubiquitous trend of the fall and since they didn't ever really go away, its easier for men to embrace the boldness of these patterns. Plaids are a surefire antidote to the winter ennui of black and white quite possibly the most versatile tool a man can use to liven up his wardrobe. Ties and scarves have been the dominant accessories to don these patterns, but try to kill two birds with one stone and look for some plaid suspenders or even pants, as seen in the new Band of Outsiders collection, which combines red and black tartan pants with a periwinkle blue poplin collar shirt under a vest and topped off with a big muskrat hat. When choosing a costume for your salsa dancing routine, it's very important that it have elegance, essence, and function. Two main styles to keep in mind are International and American.
In the International style of salsa dancing, the woman's costume may only be attractive from the backside- the woman is held very close to the man therefore the front of the dress is seen less than the back. This also means that the sleeves of the dress do not have to stay in place when the arms are in a downward position. Many dresses for the International style dancing have heavy feather boas on them. This adds to the elegance of the dress when in a natural movement.
Dissimilarity, American style costumes must be very functional. It has to stay in place at all times, as well as look attractive from all angles during any of the variety positions that salsa dancing offers. In addition, quite often, the woman holds the dress up in many moves, so the dress must look gorgeous being held up as well as hanging down. American style gowns usually have either a thin feather boa or none at all.
Keep in mind that most American style costumes can be used as International ones; however, International ones cannot be used for American style salsa dancing.
Selecting a costume for the male partner is a lot easier. Most often, the men can choose from either a Black Tie or White Tie tuxedo. Simply, the black tie tuxedo has a black bow tie and cummerbund and a pleated shirt with flat collars. The white tie tuxedo is a tailsuit with a white bow tie, white waistcoat, and a stiff shirt fashioning a wing collar.
Both the woman and men's costume should compliment each other for the full effect of salsa dancing. A rule of thumb to go by is that typically longer floor length gowns are acceptable for both black and white tie costumes. For some occasions, it is fine to have a shorter dress partnered with a black tie tuxedo, but not for a white tie. ( By Alex Juel )

On the one hand it's kind of exciting going to a formal event. On opening night, a charity ball, an awards ceremony even a political fund raiser can be a memorable night. Buy if you are like most men in America, you don't own a tuxedo. Actually if you work at a place that has a business casual dress code you're probably lucky if you own two good dress suits. So if you don't have your own tux, you are going to have to go through the dreaded tuxedo rental experience.
Here's a hint. If you are going to a formal event you'd better hope that you have six to eight weeks advance notice because that's how long it will take to get a good fitted rental tuxedo. You can l get one faster but it will look like the bus boy uniform at an upscale restaurant and it will probably cost you the same as a good professional fit.
So where do you find a good tux rental place. The best place to look is to your friends and associates. They can recommend where to go or relate the horror stories and tell you where to avoid. Failing that pick up the phone and call shops and ask them how long the process takes and is there a fitting before you pick it up.
Seeing how you will picking up the garment the day before or the day of the event, you want to make sure there is a fitting sometime before that. If they don't offer that, don't bother.
The key to a good tuxedo rental experience is the tuxedo sales person you deal with. A knowledgeable sales associate will know what measurements to take and also what style and cut to compliment your build. A sign of a good start will be if they take your chest measurement both including and excluding your arms, you waist, hips, butt and inseam. Of course they should also take your arm length from the center of the shoulders and measure your neck to get the correct shirt size.
Rental of the tux normally includes the jacket, slacks, shirt, cummerbund, tie, buttons, cufflinks, socks and shoes. Basically all you provide is your underwear. At your fitting, if you have trouble with the buttons, links or anything else don't be embarrassed to ask for help.
Payment for the tux usually involves a deposit at the first measurement and then the balance when you pick it up. Be prepared to shell out $100 to $175. Normally you have to return the garment the next day although some shops will give you extra time.
So by doing it right you can look like a million bucks even though you're wearing a tuxedo rental that cost you a hundred.
Men tuxedo
( By Rachel E. Levinson )
Every man who is particular about his dress sense, should, first evaluate his lifestyle. What is the nature of his functions each day? Is he working in casual ambiance or is he bound by professional compulsions? To decide his dress codes, at first, he has to analyze about his work culture and the mandatory paraphernalia associated with his responsibilities and the engagements.
One well tailored suit is the unavoidable need of each man in order to attend to important functions. Navy or grey suits are the most suitable attire. Blazers with khakis or even jeans are also recommended despite higher price tag. Black or dark grey suit is liked by many. Modern wool is durable and it maintains the shape well and gels with all seasons. Classic style - not trendy cut - is appreciable. Men will have to change only shirts or ties to look up to date and modern.
Men's tuxedo can be worn with khakis, jeans and the suit. This is the most sought-after ensemble. Black shoes with black belt are the superlative combination. Whether casual or formal, this combo meets the demands. Shoes have to be taken care of for durability. Odd-colored socks spoil the show. Wool socks of black color are the ideal preference.
Tuxedo looks elegant with everyone. It is apt for day and night functions. It is sharp and grand. It always fits with style. It is suitable under a dark sweater. Polo or button-down can be worn with jeans. This can be worn with a suit or under a sweater or simply with a short. A collection of ties is an addition to the wardrobe so as to make you wear them depending on the occasions and he moods. Tie designs undergo rapid changes. Select the favorable patterns to match the seasons. Men's tuxedo need not be a long coat. It can be 3/4 length or car coat length. It can be worn with jeans also. A classic sweater matches a man's personality. Different styles and designs - crew, V-neck or a cardigan - are useful for any function. Another needy item is dress slacks, preferably in dark color. For certain events, where suit is not necessary, this is the favorable choice. Always, b simple and make modifications in tune with your lifestyle.
Tuxedos are popular for their satin lapel. For formal events, like weddings, and functions, they are preferred. Marquis de Chestellux in 1754, referred to a particular region in New York City as the "Tuxedo Pond". It was otherwise called the Duck Seeder. The initial appearance of tuxedo was in 1886. Today, tuxedos are worn by many persons who want to project themselves as debonair men.
Types of Tuxedos
A: The following list will provide the most popular types of tuxedos and some guidelines about suitable occasions for wearing them. Full Dress Tail Coat, otherwise called The White Tie, is perfect for formal evening marriages.
B: The stroller, normally attired by the attendants of the groom in a wedding, is suitable for formal morning marriages.
C: The Notch Lapel Tuxedo and the Peak Lapel tuxedo are familiar items for both morning and evening functions.
D: In selecting the perfect tuxedo, the body measurement of the man who wears it is the prime consideration. The tuxedo should elevate the elegance and should flatter the wearer of the piece. The entire package of the dressing must be enhanced. For men of medium height and slender frames, single-breasted jackets with long lines are recommended. Double-breasted jackets are minutely patterned vests and ties are preferred by modern mindsets. For stocky grooms who are short in stature, slim shawl collars would suit them most. Here, the top button should be near the small of the waist. Men with broad shoulders should follow more natural shoulder-lined jackets. Pants should touch the feet - but, avoid making shoddy look.
E: Shawl collar tuxedos are ideal for tall and well-built grooms. This will elevate the broad shoulders and the muscular frames of men. The length of the jacket is important. Tall and slim grooms will fit in any type of tuxedo. But, still, the tuxedos should be full and attached to the lines of the body.
Tuxedo wear
( By Macky Richardson )
Men always want to look presentable each time they attend an occasion, whether it is formal or special occasion. They usually wear formal suits when attending business events such as an interview, meeting, or any other gatherings. Tuxedos are among the most formal suits that can be worn by men when attending occasions such as weddings, formal dinner, prom night, and black tie events. If you want to wear a tuxedo, you have two options: buy or rent.
However, each option has advantages and disadvantages. If you choose to buy a tux, these are the advantages:
o If you are going to buy a tuxedo, you have all the right to choose its fabric.
o You also have freedom to select the style and size that fit you.
o If you love attending social events, buying tuxedo is a better choice.
o By buying your own tuxedo, you can save money and avoid encountering hassle when renting.
o Buying allows you to wear tuxedo that you really like- even for several times.
Meanwhile, here are the disadvantages when buying a tuxedo:
o After several times of wearing your tuxedo, you may want to change its style. If this happens, you may end up buying another one.
o If you buy a trendy tuxedo, you may need to replace it when it becomes out of fashion.
If you don't have enough money for a new tuxedo, you have no other choice but to rent. Now, here are the advantages of renting:
o It is less costly. If you think you will only use the tuxedo once, renting is a better choice.
o Renting allows you to keep from worrying about changing the style or being stuck in an outdated tuxedo.
However, there are also some disadvantages in renting a tuxedo:
o Renting can be costly, especially if you are going to use the tuxedo for several times.
o There are times when you will find it hard to get a tuxedo that really fit you.
o Owning a tuxedo lets you wear it anytime. But if you choose to rent, you may encounter hassles while finding the right suit in a rental shop.
Buying or renting a tuxedo is a matter of choice, but it sometimes depends on your financial status. If you don't have enough money for a new one, rent. However, if you already have budget or want to use a tuxedo for many times, you better buy one.

Spring is just around the corner, which means it's the season for children's formal wear. Weddings call for flower girl dresses and boy's tuxedos, as well as for First Communion dresses and boy's suits. What's in this season? Read on to find out!
Flower Girl Dresses
When it comes to flower girl dresses, you have several options that will bring smiles to the faces of your attendees, and make your flower girls feel like little princesses. A sleeveless satin bodice with a satin skirt and organza overlay is a simple but stunning combination. Scattered colored stones with a matching band at the waistband coordinates well with the attire of others in the bridal party. Depending on the age of the flower girl, choose either tea length or floor length.
For a feminine yet upscale look, choose a flower girl dress that is tiered in the back. A full peau satin skirt with one tier in front and three tiers in back, accented with a large bow with tails and fabric roses, will make the day special for both the flower girl and the bride.
If you're budget conscious, don't overlook some of the discount flower girl dresses that are available online. Just as beautiful as the pricier flower girl dresses, you can find satin and organza dresses, as well as tiered dresses, for between $35 and $80.
Communion Dresses
Every little girl will remember her First Communion for the rest of her life, so Communion dresses are an important part of the ritual. An organza scalloped princess style gown with coordinating veil will make her feel special, as will the simple lines of a satin Communion dress with lace and a removable bolero jacket.
Boy's Suits
This season, there are many choices for boy's suits. Whether it's his First Communion or whether he's attending in a family wedding, he'll be thrilled to wear a traditional five-piece suit. Double-breasted jackets are back in style, and come in white for the perfect First Communion outfit. For a more formal occasion, a boy's tuxedo - with or without tails - is always appropriate.
Christening Dresses
When it comes to girls' christening dresses there are many choices. An all-white batiste dress with smocking on a bodice dotted with white pearls, along with matching bloomers, is adorable. For more traditional christening dresses you can choose a length of up to 32 inches with intricate embroidery and a matching bonnet. Keep in mind that a christening dress is something that can be handed down for generations, so choosing a timeless style may be in order.
Christening Outfits for Boys
For boys, christening outfits are usually five-piece sets that consist of a shirt, pants, bowtie, vest, and hat. The typical pant length is either shorts or knickers. Some sets feature brocade, while others have satin trim.
How to Buy
With the Internet, a wide variety of children's formal wear is available at the click of a mouse. Plus, you're more likely to find discount flower girl dresses and bargains in children's formal wear at an online store. When ordering online, look for a company that not only offers flower girl dresses, boy's tuxedos, Communion dresses, and christening dresses, but that also asks you for the date of the event. Before ordering, check out the sizing charts, and don't hesitate to ask questions. Then, on the big day, make sure that your little ones enjoy themselves, and feel as special as they look! Women tuxedo
What Goes Into Choosing a Tuxedo? There are many parts of a tuxedo that need to be chosen with care. For example, you need to choose a tuxedo shirt. It could be a white tuxedo shirt or an ivory shirt but those are the best color choices. The vest is something also that can make or break the outfit. If you are buying a green tuxedo you may want a green vest. Some opt for a black vest but either way it will look very nice and clean with the white tuxedo shirt. Womens Tuxedos also have similar options.
Woman can wear a white tuxedo shirt and colored vests as well. If you do a search for "women tuxedo" you are bound to get lots of results. The reason for this is that women are wearing more and more tuxedos to their formal events. It is another great option that women have when they don't want to wear a dress or a skirt.
Womens tuxedos are a great choice for a black tie event. Hugo Boss makes really nice white tuxedos and black tuxedos. They also make some womens tuxedos which are just lovely. Now, back to the main topic, in addition to the tuxedo shirt and the vest you need to choose shoes. Tuxedo shoes are much dressier than regular shoes that would be worn with a suit. They are shinier and really can set off the entire outfit. Some people choose to wear a cummerbund instead of a vest. Personally I think vests look a lot nicer but the choice is entirely yours. Have you seen Western Tuxedos? They are also quite popular and they will undoubted be a good choice if that is your style. If you can't afford a designer Tuxedo such as a Hugo Boss Tuxedo then there are certainly other options. Visit your local mall to see what they may be.( By Tracy McLaughlin )
